A: Coaching and consulting take place virtually 100%.

Q: Do I have to be a Christian or believe in Jesus/God to participate in coaching or consulting?

A: No. My programs are customizable, and it is important that you feel comfortable, supported, and not pressured to affiliate with Christianity or a particular denomination. With that being said, if you are open and welcome to including prayer, Biblical verses, God’s voice, then we will absolutely move forward with those tools as well. Either way, you will experience progress, growth, and more while working with me.

Q: Are phone consultations complimentary?

A: Yes, phone consultations generally last up to 30 minutes and are completely complimentary.
